Muslims in Houston try to Indoctrinate errr… “Educate” Their Neighbors

HOUSTON – The distribution of Qurans in a southwest Houston neighborhood has some residents worried about the motives of the group who dispersed the Islamic book.
An English translation of the Quran began appearing two weeks ago on the doorsteps of hundred of homes in the BraesTimbers neighborhood. The books came in plastic bags with a note attached from the ‘Book of Signs Foundation’ asking recipients to accept the Quran as a gift from the Muslim community.
But some residents, like Greg and Sue Ann Pieri, said they feared the group is imposing its beliefs on non-Muslims and found the gesture offensive.
“If we went into a Muslim country and left a bible, we would be in prison and then decapitated a few years later,” said Sue Ann Pieri, who chose not to destroy the book like other neighbors did.
However, Houston’s Council on American-Islamic Relations President Tarick Hussein said although his organization did not partake in distributing the books, he believes that the Muslims behind the distribution only wanted to educate non-Muslims about the religion.
The Book of Signs Foundation claims to have distributed 30,000 Qurans in Houston, targeting neighborhoods believed to be most receptive of the Quran or in need of a better understanding of Islam.
I’m sorry but if you’re goal is to educate non-Muslims about the Religion, I don’t think passing out free copies of the book are the way to go. Unless of course, by “educate” you mean showing them how much of a truly gutter religion Islam is.
Here are some bits and pieces of the Koran, courtesy of an old post of mine:
- Men are superior to women (surah 2:228).
- Women have half the rights of men: in court witness (surah 2:282) and in inheritance (surah 4:11).
- A man may punish his wife by beating her (surah 4:34).
- A man may marry up to four wives at the same time (surah 4:3).
- A wife is a sex object for her husband (surah 2:223).
- Muslims must fight until their opponents submit to Islam (surah 9:29).
- A Muslim must not take a Jew or a Christian for a friend (surah 5:51).
- A Muslim apostate must be killed (surah 9:12).
- Stealing is punished by the amputation of the hands (surah 5:38).
- Adultery is punished by public flogging (surah 24:2).
- Resisting Islam is punished by death, crucifixion or the cutting off of the hands and feet (surah 5:33).
- Fate decides everyone’s eternal destination (surah 17:13).
- Every Muslim will pass through Hell (surah 19:71).
- Heaven in Islam is the place where a Muslim will be reclining, eating meats and delicious fruits, drinking exquisite wines, and engaging in sex with virgins (surah 55:54- 56) & (surah 52:17,19).
Note to Muslims, except for the last point which don’t sound all that bad, passing out a book that outlines all that stuff to Non-Muslims is not a very good idea, you dumb asses.

It is stories like this one that really depress me and make me feel that maybe I am a lost cause — maybe there is no more hope for America if this sort activity can take place in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
On February 2, the American Truth Forum is presenting a symposium in Southlake, TX. The topic of the event is about exposing radical Islamist terrorist threat. To advertise the event an advertisement was placed on a billboard, but before the design was approved, it had to be adjusted so not to “offend” anyone.
Here is the original design for the billboard:
Now here is the version that was finally granted approval:
Not only did the pc police have to turn the statement “Exposing the Threat of Islamist Terrorism,” which is the title of the symposium, into a question rather then a matter of fact — the word “Islamist” had to completely be removed. Because the fact that a majority of individuals who have committed terrorist acts in recent years happen to have the name “Mohammed, ” that of course, according to the pc police, has absolutely nothing to do with their religion.
According to Robert Spencer:
Why the changes? The sales manager of a Dallas-area billboard company explained: “My boss wouldn’t go along with this type of advertising since we have an international clientele — some of whom might be on the other side.”
The other side? On the side of the jihadists?
Imagine an American billboard company in 1942 toning down an anti-Nazi billboard because, well, some of their clients are Nazis!

Another Muslim Father “Honors” His Daughters

Here comes another story of a Muslim father’s unwavering love for his daughter, or in the case of 50 year old Yaser Abdel Said Saidyaser of Lewisville, TX — daughters.
IRVING — Police continued their search today for a 50-year-old Lewisville father whose 17- and 18-year-old daughters were found shot to death in an abandoned taxi Tuesday evening in Irving, police said.
Police said they suspect Yaser Abdel Said may have shot Sarah Yaser Said, 17 and Amina Yaser Said, 18 and let them for dead inside his taxi.
Police had not released a motive for the shooting. A 911 cell phone call, believed to have been made by one of the teens at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, alerted police to the shootings, but the caller was unable to tell police where she was and officers were dispatched to the area of North O’Connor Boulevard and Riverside Drive, officials said. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
An hour later, a witness reported seeing a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Las Colinas Boulevard in the parking lot of the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas.
“Someone walked by the vehicle and saw them inside,” said David Tull, an Irving police spokesman.
Officers found the two sisters dead in that vehicle.
Investigators believe Yaser Abdel Said abandoned his taxi in the parking lot and left the scene.
Police described Yaser Abdel Said as about 6-foot-2, weighing about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black turtleneck shirt/sweater, a brown coat and tan pants.
Yaser Abdel Said is believed armed with a handgun, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Irving police at 972-721-2518.
I’m sure this had nothing to do with his faith, neither did the killing of Aqsa Parvez.

Radical Imam Exposed By Ohio Bloggers, Local MSM Left Puzzled

Lets all play a game of who said this. I’ll give four options and then a quote and you all try to guess which one of the four options said that.
Let’s start, here our your four options:
1. A Catholic Priest
2. A Jewish Rabbi
3. A Buddhist Spiritual Leader
4. A Muslim Imam
“The hour of judgment shall not happen until the Muslims fight the Jews. The Muslims shall kill the Jews to the point that the Jew shall hide behind a big rock or a tree and the rock or tree shall call on the Muslim saying: hey, O Muslim there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him, except the Gharqad tree which will not say, for it is the tree of Jews. Agreed upon.”
All right then now that we have our four options and have read the quote, lets see how we did, shall we?
If You guessed any of options 1-3, you are an idiot — or a misguided liberal. If you guessed option 4, congratulations you know how to spot Islamofascism when you see it. The quote above can be attributed to a radical Imam, particularly Ahmed Alzaree who at the time of making that quote during a sermon was the spiritual leader of the Islamic Center of Omaha.
My hometown bird cage liner, the Cleveland Plain Dealer has a hard time figuring out however, why Alzaree has decided to resign as spiritual leader of the Islamic Center of Cleveland before he even starts.

Imam Ahmed Alzaree announced Monday, three days before he was to start work as the spiritual leader of the Islamic Center of Cleveland, that he was resigning.
Alzaree said allegations by bloggers that he was anti-Semitic and was associated with individuals suspected of having terrorist ties so poisoned the atmosphere in Northeast Ohio that he and his wife, Marwa, decided to look elsewhere.
“Cleveland now is a nightmare for her,” Alzaree said. “It will never be a good start for me and the Jewish community.
The mosque has accepted Alzaree’s resignation, Zahid Siddiqi, general secretary of the mosque’s executive committee, said Monday afternoon.
“We certainly don’t want to impose on him and his family,” Siddiqi said.
Alzaree is the former spiritual leader of the Islamic Center of Omaha.
Let’s see now maybe if the Plain Dealer was an actual honest to goodness bastion of journalistic integrity, and not the agenda driven hack of a news rag that they are — this reporter might have you know, done his job and researched both sides of this story instead of just hacking it up to “allegations” by bloggers. Then they would know exactly why Alzaree is leaving Cleveland with his tail between his legs, before he even had a chance to unzip his suitcases.
As I had already mentioned above, the above quote was given in a sermon by Alzaree in March of 2003. A transcript of it was then put online by the Islamic Center of Omaha, but was subsequently taken down. However thanks to the wonders of the Wayback Machine, the transcript has been preserved forever in the Internet Archives. It was discovered by one of those “bloggers,” Tom of BizzyBlog, who have driven out Alzaree with their “allegations.” Click here to see the archived transcript. Good job Plain Dealer, way to investigate a story. With journalistic integrity and reporting like that, the only bright spot you’ll have left is that the cost of your paper is still cheaper then the bird cage liners they sell in pet stores.
To those two Ohio bloggers who did the Main Stream Medias job and reported what they should have been reporting to the public, thank you for exposing another radical Islamist Imam and keeping that scum bag out of my hometown.
