Douchebag of the Week: Judge James Burge

Its been a while since I’ve really posted anything at all on my site, yet alone inducted another dishonored into the Right Wing Rebel Douchebag of the Week Hall of Shame, but the scumbag piece of shit who is getting the title this week angered me so much with his actiuons and words that I just had to post my thoughts.

This weeks Douchebag of the Week is Lorain County, Ohio Common Pleas Judge James Burge — a scumbag, ultra-liberal former defense attorney who still acts as such even though he is now behind the Judge’s bench as opposed to arguing cases in front of it.
The 61 year old liberal piece of shit, who has framed posters of Barack Obama and Che Guevara side by side in his office, made some ridiculous statements earlier this week while giving the minimum possible sentence allowed by Ohio law to a punk kid who murdered his own mother and attempted to murder his father — for making him stop playing a video game.
On October 20, 2007, Daniel Petric, now 17 years old, got very upset when his parents took away his Halo 3 game from him. In retaliation for that act, he gathered his unsuspecting parents in the living room and told them that he had a surprise for them and that they should shut their eyes. That’s when he pulled out his father’s gun and began shooting.
His mother was killed and his father just managed to survive.
At the trial, Mark Petric testified that his son came into the room and asked his parents: “Would you guys close your eyes? I have a surprise for you.”
The father testified that he expected a pleasant surprise. Then his head went numb from a gunshot.
His wife, Susan, 43, died of a gunshot wound to the head.
The prosecution said Daniel Petric then tried to make the shootings look like a murder and attempted suicide. He shoved the gun into his father’s hand and said, “Hey Dad, here’s your gun. Take it,” Mark Petric testified.

When Burge found Daniel guilty in January, he said he would have found the boy not guilty by reason of insanity if the law would have allowed him to do so. He said again Tuesday that he believed violent video games led Daniel to shoot his parents.
“I feel confident that if there were no such thing as violent video games, I wouldn’t know Daniel Petric,” Burge said before imposing his sentence.
Burge also complained that the state legislature had made it impossible for Daniel to be tried as a juvenile instead of as an adult and railed against radio talk show hosts who he said inflamed issues such as this. He said he didn’t know why politicians took such a hard-line stance on juvenile offenders.
“Intellectual cowardice, moral bankruptcy, but that would just be speculation,” he said.
The Petric family declined comment through court officials after the hearing, but John Otero Jr., who served as Daniel’s legal adviser throughout the case, said they were as happy as could be expected at Burge’s decision.
This scumbag fucking asshole of a Judge actually wanted to find the scumbag murdering piece of trash “not guilty.” But then again what would you expect from a piece of shit who has a poster of murdering thug Che Guevara hanging in his office. I live two counties east of Lorain and I feel ashamed to have this asshole as a Judge in my State, the citizens of Lorain County Ohio should be ashamed of themselves for actually electing a morally bankrupt scumbag asshole, who accuses others of being what he is, like James Burge to public office.
As far as Daniel Petric goes, he got off lucky, he should be rotting in a cell his whole life — but he will get out still relatively young just before he turns 40 years old.

The worst part is I bet you that almost all Lorain County citizens think his decision in this case was idiotic, as well as all the other shit he's pulled — but they will still vote for him because they are still brainwashed by the [D] after his name on the ballot.
Yes, I think this judge is a piece of crap and shouldn't be in his position of power. Sad, do those people not have anyone else to vote for? We've got to take out country back.
My suggestion for your blog would be a little music group called James and the Douchebags. They sing about debauchery, homosexuality, drugs, and theft. They also push their left wing conspiracies on crowds of impressionable youths. Keep up the good work here.
