Vicarious Protesters chant “Death to Israel”

President Bush visited Salt Lake City Utah yesterday, for a speech at the American Legion Center. As usual, the liberals would be out in to chant their usual “Bush lied, people died” cheers and hold up signs comparing Bush to Hitler.

There is one particular rally to make note of, if not for anything other then the shear reason that the rally was titled “Death to Israel.” Yes that is the actual name they used on the application to be able to hold their demonstration.

Salt Lake City defense attorney Robert Breeze 52 is the organizer of the anti-Semitic event and claims that his purpose is to protest Israel’s murderous actions committed against Muslims and to protest the penetration of the U.S. media by Jewish intelligence.

When asked he admitted that some of his past protests had included homeless people who were paid to hold up signs and protest and that this particular protest would also probably use paid homeless people to march alongside Breeze and his fellow anti-Semites. He referred to them as “vicarious protesters.”

You know I see a possible business opportunity there, I could start a temp agency for moonbat liberal protesters. Supply jobs for the homeless and make a killing at the same time. — But I digress.

Earlier in the week when asked by Heather May of the Salt Lake City Tribune, if he would like to see Israel destroyed this was his reply.

“The President of Iran has an excellent idea. . . . I would like to see them move Israel to Virginia and put all the current Virginians in a concentration camp. Then we’ll see how popular Israel is [in the United States].”

Utah blogger D. Sirmize, posting on Desultory Thoughts attended the event (Hat Tip to Michelle Malkin) and took some pictures as well as had an interesting conversation with Mr. Breeze.

D. Sirmize: What’s your name, sir?

PROTESTER:  Robert Breeze- Breeze like the wind.

D. Sirmize:  So this is a “Death To Israel” rally.  I’m Jewish.  Do you want me dead?

BREEZE (LIKE THE WIND):  No, no.

2ND PROTESTER:  There’s a difference between Zionism and Jews.

D. Sirmize:  Well you say “Death to Israel.”  I would think that implies death to Jews.

BREEZE (LIKE THE WIND):  Well you’d probably be wrong.

D. Sirmize:  Probably?

BREEZE (LIKE THE WIND):  Do you see “Death to Israel” on any of our signs?

D. Sirmize:  I haven’t read any of your signs.  But you applied for a demonstration permit under the title “Death to Israel.”  It doesn’t need to be on your signs, it’s on your permit!

2ND PROTESTER (to Breeze):  You signed us up as “Death To Israel?”

BREEZE (LIKE THE WIND):  Look, if I said “Death to Whales,” would you take that to mean I want to kill whales?

D. Sirmize:  Uh, yeah.

Some of the pictures taken were pretty good as well, it looks like some open borders protesters had nothing to do so they jumped on the hate Israel bandwagon for the day.

Some youngsters and their buckets even joined in on the anti-Semitic fun.

Gotta love those wacky liberals at MTV

This is sort of old news, since it occurred during the 2004 election cycle, but it just does a great job of showing the left for what they are that I had to make note of it.

I found this through Michelle Malkin, but Truth Caucus has video of former California College Republican State Chairman Michael Davidson leading a demonstration outside of the offices of MTV, where they are protesting MTV and in particular the “Rock The Vote” campaign for their misleading scare tactics, in claiming to the youth of America that a draft was emanate.

At one point an MTV employer who earlier had denied that she worked for the network even though she was wearing an ID tag made this disgusting comment, “I hope your wife gets raped and can’t get an abortion.”

Yep, and liberals like to call the right “Hate Mongers.” This video really needs to be seen.
