Al Gore in Batman sequel?

So I’m surfing the net tonight and in boredom start working on updating my myspace profile when myspace runs into some sort of glitch, so I stop doing that and continue surfing when I discover a news story about Al Gore.

I was going to read the story when I just became mesmerized with the photograph that yahoo had posted of the former Vice-President. Suddenly an idea occurred to me, I know Heath Ledger has been tapped to come down from Brokeback Mountain and play the Joker in the sequel to Batman Begins — but looking at the picture, I could not help but to think that Al Gore would be a perfect fit as the Penguin.

So just like a Reuter’s photographer, I opened up Photoshop and started playing around.

Unfortunately, by the time I was done I had realized that my Al Gore as Penguin idea was not an original one, when I remembered that I had previously seen it months ago with Al Gore’s Penguin Army. (I’d have the video up on the site, but the html embed codes won’t work when I post.)
