Hina Saleem - murdered for being a normal girl.

Here’s another great story about “the religion of peace.” Hina Saleem 21, a young Pakistani girl living in northern Italy was killed by her own father. Her crime? Being a normal 21 year old girl just like the other girls in Italy.

The killing was “a kind of punishment inflicted by her father because she did not respect the rules of their ethnicity and culture,” Brescia prosecutor Giancarlo Tarquini said at a news conference.

The father and brother-in-law of the young woman were charged with murder and concealing the body, while a third male family member was still being hunted by police Wednesday.

Investigators are trying to determine whether the murder was premeditated, a hypothesis supported by the fact that the women and children of the family appeared to have been removed from the house before the murder.

The father told police that he killed his daughter because he did not want her to “become like the others.”

He has remained silent since then and his lawyer has described him as an extremely pious man “who respected the Koran to the letter.”

“Hina was very beautiful. She used to wear mini-skirts or show her belly button like all girls of her age, and she spoke Italian very well,” a woman living next door to the flat that the young woman shared with her boyfriend told news agency ANSA.

This “honor killing” hasn’t garnered much main stream media attention here in the US and I haven’t heard a peep out of any of the feminist organizations here in the US. But that’s to be expected.

Jihad is coming to Jamaica

Well, it looks like I need to cross Jamaica off of the list of places that I would like to vacation someday. That is because a hate filled, Muslim imam who was jailed in London for soliciting murder, is being released and deported back to his native Jamaica.

An Islamic cleric who influenced at least one of the 7 July bombers and whose videos may have been seen by several of the terror suspects arrested earlier this month, is to be freed from prison in weeks.

Sheikh Abdullah el-Faisal encouraged Muslims to attend training camps so they could wage jihad on the West. He was jailed in February 2003 for nine years, reduced to seven on appeal, after being convicted of soliciting murder and inciting racial hatred. Hundreds of Muslims attended his lectures in mosques across Britain, including Birmingham, London and Dewsbury in West Yorkshire.

His trial heard recordings of el-Faisal, Jamaican by birth but living in Stratford, east London, praising Osama bin Laden. ‘You have to learn how to shoot and fly planes and drive tanks,’ el-Faisal told those who attended his lectures. ‘Jews,’ el-Faisal said, ’should be killed… as by Hitler.’

He encouraged the use of chemical weapons to ‘exterminate non-believers’, and exhorted Muslim women to buy toy guns for their children to train them for jihad. He also suggested that nuclear power stations could be fuelled with bodies of Hindus, slaughtered for their ‘oppression’ of Muslims in Kashmir.

Videos of his lectures have been found circulating in Muslim circles in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, where police are concentrating inquiries into this month’s alleged bomb plot involving airliners.

Abdullah el-Faisal, born Trevor William Forest to a Salvation Army family of practicing Christians in Jamaica converted to Islam at the age of 16. He moved to England where he attended Brixton Mosque, in south London. He urged his followers to kill Jews, Hindus and Americans.
