Well, three of the eleven missing Egyptian students have been captured today. One of them in Minnesota the other two in New Jersey, hmm both of those locales are awfully far away from Montana State University, where the missing Egyptians all here on student visas were supposed to be.

Yet according to the FBI agent Richard Kolko, “The missing students pose no terrorism threat.” However the FBI remains “”extremely interested’ in interviewing the other Egyptian students.”

Yeah eleven students from a country known to have problems with terrorism, who are all supposed to spend a month in Montana on Student Visas and they dissapear everywhere in the country but where they were supposed to be. And it’s just over a month before the 5th anniversary of 9/11.

Yeah, “they pose no threat.”

Thanks to Michelle Malkin for the update and Northeast Intelligence Network for the pictures.

the Egyptian eleven

August 9, 2006 by Joe

Last week seventeen foreign exchange students from Egypt arrived in the United States, to take part in a cultural exchange program on the Bozeman campus of Montana State University.

They were scheduled to participate in a 32-day program of English as a Second Language classes at MSU plus lectures on various cultural topics. In addition to academic work, the program includes a number of cultural/recreational activities, including a trip to nearby Yellowstone National Park.

Six of them have arrived on the campus of MSU to attend their classes, eleven of them are missing.

The eleven students, all male, are between the ages of 18 and 22, and all come from a country that has serious problems with terrorism and was the home of the believed leader of the group of 9/11 hijackers, Mohamed Atta al-Sayed.

A little over a month away from the five-year anniversary of the most horrible attack perpetrated on American soil the FBI has issued a special advisory for the eleven missing exchange students, six of whom are named Mohamed.

1. Ibrahim, El Sayed Ahmed Elsayed; DOB OF 4/29/1986.
2. El Dessouki, Eslam Ibrahim Mohamed; DOB OF 02/21/1985.
3. El Bahnasawi, Alaa Abd El Fattah Ali; DOB OF 04/02/1986.
4. Abd Alla, Mohamed Ragab Mohamed; DOB OF 02/15/1984.
5. El Laket, Ahmed Refaat Saad El Moghazi; DOB OF 09/01/1986.
6. El Ela, Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed Abou; DOB OF 02/02/1985.
7. El Moghazy, Mohamed Ibrahim Elsayed; DOB OF 08/08/1986.
8. Abdou, Ebrahim Mabrouk Moustafa; DOB OF 02/25/1984.
9. El Gafary, Moustafa Wagdy Moustafa; DOB OF 07/01/1988.
10. Maray, Mohamed Saleh Ahmed; DOB OF 09/12/1985.
11. El Shenawy, Mohamed Ibrahim Fouaad; DOB OF 08/12/1988.

What the hell are we thinking? Have we learned nothing at all, from that horrific day?

I can’t be the only person scratching my head about this one and wondering what the hell is wrong in this country that we allowed this to happen, can I?

I hate to sound like a racist, but are there any flight schools in Montana? Montana, doesn’t exactly sound like the type of place where Egyptian students would go study. Red flags anyone?

Hmm, eleven Egyptians, six of whom have Mohamed in their name. Hmmm, where do we go looking for them? Maybe we could pat down some old white grandmothers at the airport, we wouldn’t want to offend any Egyptians here.

Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I am just a crazy Islamaphobe, No need to racially profile here. Heck, maybe their sightseeing, it is birthday time for two of them, maybe their just going on a raging bender. Hell maybe their just here to work under-the-table doing jobs that “regular American’s” don’t want to do alongside the illegal immigrants from our nation’s southern border.

I just hope that the next time we hear about these eleven missing “students” that it will not be in conjunction with another terrorist attack. I just pray that we did not get caught napping

FDR, Truman, JFK - Where are you now?

August 9, 2006 by Joe

I have a dirty little secret, which I just need to get out. Secretly I have harbored some hopes that the Democratic Party could win me back, sadly I think the results of the recent primary election in Connecticut show that will never happen.

The once great party of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman and John F. Kennedy has been trampled on by the likes of Barbara Boxer, Howlin’ Howard Dean, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dennis Kucinich, Russ Feingold and now Ted Lamont.

The once great party of men who had a backbone, and knew what needed to be done in the face of danger has been taken over by a bunch of cut-and-run liberals whose only solution to the global threat of islamofasicm is appeasement. Those in positions of power today in the Democratic Party don’t care about trying to do what’s best for this country, all they care about is regaining full control of Congress and the White House, by any means necessary.

It’s fine to disagree on Domestic issues, I actually lean to the left on certain social issues myself. It’s even o.k. to disagree on foreign policy as well, but what the Democrats have been doing with Iraq goes far past simple differences in policy they are strengthening the will of the enemy, while weakening the country and their own party.

Lamont ran against Lieberman on one issue and one issue only, Lieberman’s support on the war on Iraq. IN another sign of the wacky turn the new Democratic party has taken, Michael Moore chimed in all giddy about the Lamont victory.

Nearly every Democrat set to run for president in 2008 is responsible for this war. They voted for it or they supported it. That single, stupid decision has cost us 2,592 American lives and tens of thousands of Iraqi lives. Lieberman and Company made a colossal mistake — and we are going to make sure they pay for that mistake. Payback time started last night.

P.S. Republicans — sorry to leave you out of this letter. It’s just that our side has a little housecleaning to do. We’ll take care of you this November.

Yep, I guess it’s a great day for nut jobs everywhere, the Democratic party is dead.

Mel Gibson, Seattle and mainstream media bias.

August 9, 2006 by Joe

This has been bugging me for a little over a week now when really it should not considering the transparent, obvious to everyone but the far left bias of the mainstream media. None-the-less, even though I know that I should just come to expect this kind of sensationalism from the old-school media, it still irks me so that I had to get it off my chest.

Why is it that the priorities of our nations major media outlets are so out-of-whack with reality that for the last week and a half now Mel Gibson’s anti-Semitic rant while getting pulled over for a dui has been given an insane amount of attention while another anti-Semitic act that occurred the same day and involved the murder of innocents barely gets a peep out of the MSM?

I don’t want to sound like I’m apologizing for Mel Gibson and his anti-Semitic outbursts, but the man has made a public apology and has reached out to the Jewish community. Meanwhile, in Seattle Washington on the same day of the Mel Gibson incident a Muslim gunman enters a prominent Jewish institution and opens fire; killing one woman, while sending five others to the hospital.

Hmm, let’s see which is the more important story? A Hollywood celebrity who spews some words while drunk or an “Angry Muslim American” who tried to kill as many Jews as he could because he’s “angry at Israel.”

Any sane, rational and responsible human being would understand that while we are a little over-obsessed with celebrity in this country, the second story, about the Muslim gunman in Seattle is the far more important of the two. I guess sane, rational and responsible are words that cannot be associated with the mainstream media in this country.

At a time when fundamentalist Islam is a global threat on an even bigger scale then Nazism was just before and during WWII — when the President of Iran and terrorist organizations like Al Queda and Hezbolla, openly call for violence against Americans and Jews — the “words” of a celebrity, that didn’t injure anyone are a bigger news story then the “bullets” of an angry Muslim, that killed one and injured five others.

Why is this? I don’t know, Dennis Prager thinks he has the answer. I sort of agree with him.

We should be worried about this: The liberal world fears — and much of it loathes — fundamentalist Christians considerably more than it does fundamentalist Muslims.

This is as true of most Jewish liberals — even though conservative Christians are Israel’s and the Jews’ most loyal supporters and even though Nazi-like anti-Semitism permeates much of the Muslim world — as it is of most other liberals, certainly including the mainstream media.

That is why Jewish writer Zev Chafets wrote in the Los Angeles Times, “On the same day Gibson got into trouble in Malibu, a fellow named Naveed Afzal Haq brought a pistol to the Jewish Federation office in Seattle and shot six women, killing one. Two days later, this personal jihad — one of the most gory anti-Jewish crimes in American history — got second billing on the ADL website, under “Mel Gibson’s Apology for Tirade ‘Insufficient.’ ” (For the record, the ADL later announced it had accepted Mel Gibson’s apology.)

This is one more example of the greatest flaw of contemporary liberalism — its inability to recognize and confront the greatest evils. Since the 1960s, when liberalism became indistinguishable from the Left — e.g., when New York Times positions became indistinguishable from those of The Nation — liberals tended to attack opponents of evil far more than those who actually committed evil. The Left (around the world) was far more antagonistic to Ronald Reagan than to Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev, and far more disturbed by anti-Communism than by Communism.

I’m not a fundamentalist Christian or even a regular church-going person, but it doesn’t take one to see the liberal media for what it is. It just takes a sane, rational and responsible human being.
